We are Unapologetically Bajan. Our forefathers lived very simple, sustainable lifestyles. They grew kitchen gardens and kept livestock right at home. If you lived in a coastal community you most definitely had a few neighborhood fishermen. We know our farmers and fisherfolk by name—they’re our neighbors and our friends. We’re proud to support each other and to be a part of sustaining our island’s future.
We couldn’t call ourselves a true Bajan experience if we didn’t have a kitchen garden, so we even grow a few goodies of our own that you are sure to enjoy while dining with us. We have made thoughtful local food, drink, and culture the focus and heart of our restaurant.
Fallen mahogany tree stumps and limbs; driftwood and dried coconuts; and lush Bajan greenery are all locally-sourced and create an organic and welcoming experience for our guests.
